Voltra — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Voltra (operated by

[Softbase Labs — confirm operating entity], "we", "us") collects, why, and

what we do with it. Voltra is a simulated, educational trading-analysis tool —

we deliberately collect as little as possible.

1. Information we collect

5. Cookies and local storage

Voltra uses a small amount of browser storage to keep you signed in (a session

token) and to cache display settings such as branding. We do not use

third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

6. Data retention

We keep your account, run history, and simulated portfolio for as long as your

account is active, so the Service works across visits. Technical logs are kept

for a limited period for security and debugging. You can ask us to delete your

account and associated data at any time (see "Your choices").

7. Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by

emailing softbaselabs@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, you may have

additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor valid

requests to the extent those laws apply. At launch, account and data deletion is

handled by emailing us (there is not yet a self-service delete button).

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of

transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute

security. Please keep access to your email account secure, since that is how you

sign in.

9. Children

Voltra is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect

personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us

information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. International users

Voltra may be operated from, and your information may be processed in, countries

other than where you live, which may have different data-protection laws. By

using the Service you consent to that processing.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change

the "Last updated" date above. Significant changes may be highlighted in the

Service.
