Welcome to Voltra. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement
between you and [Softbase Labs — confirm operating entity] ("Voltra", "we",
"us"), which operates the Voltra website and application (the "Service"). By
creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do
not agree, do not use the Service.
Voltra is an educational tool that runs AI-generated analysis of publicly
traded securities and produces a simulated ("paper") trade based on that
analysis. Everything on Voltra is a simulation:
not connect to any brokerage on your behalf, and does not hold, transfer, or
manage any funds or securities.

**Voltra is not a financial advisor, broker-dealer, or investment adviser, and
nothing on the Service is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.** The
signals, analyses, and simulated trades Voltra generates are for education and
entertainment only. They are not a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any
security. AI-generated output can be **incomplete, out of date, or simply
wrong**. Do not make real financial decisions based on anything you see on
Voltra. Any real-world investing you do is your own decision and your own risk —
consider consulting a licensed professional.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use
Voltra. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18. You may not use the
Service where doing so would be prohibited by law, and you are responsible for
complying with the laws that apply to you.
You sign in using a one-time code sent to your email address. You are
responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for all activity under
your account. One person, one account. Tell us promptly if you believe your
account has been accessed without your permission.
Access to analysis runs is metered in credits. Credits:
transferred, or withdrawn;
not for sale at this time;
obtained through abuse.
You agree not to:
credits;
its rate limits, security, or access controls;
present Voltra's simulated output to others as real trading advice;
We may apply rate limits, and we may suspend or terminate accounts that violate
these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used abusively.
The Service will never execute a live, real-money trade for you. Any feature,
label, or number that resembles trading (orders, fills, positions, P&L) is part
of the paper-trading simulation and carries no real-world effect.
Voltra's analyses are produced by automated large-language-model systems and
third-party data sources. Output may contain errors, omissions, or outdated
information, and different runs may reach different conclusions. We do not
guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or usefulness of any analysis
or signal.
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may add, change, suspend,
or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may limit or end your access, at
any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms; if we do, we will
change the "Last updated" date, and your continued use means you accept the
updated Terms.
**The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any
kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and
non-infringement.** We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted,
error-free, secure, or that any analysis will be accurate or reliable.
**To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voltra and its operators will not be
liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive
damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or trading or investment
losses, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the
Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.**
Because Voltra is a free, simulated, educational tool, to the extent any
liability cannot be excluded it is limited to the greater of the amount you paid
us to use the Service (which is currently zero) or USD $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Voltra and its operators from any
claims or demands arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of
these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION — confirm],
without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and any disputes will be handled in
the courts located there, to the extent permitted by law.
